GraphOps is building the data layer for the decentralized web.
We are a remote-first company, delivering integrated infrastructure and products to fetch, stream, transform, and analyze onchain data. GraphOps’ pipelines power protocols, DeFi solvers and streamline indexing.
With 4+ years as core developers of The Graph, GraphOps builds and operates the data systems teams rely on.
If you’re passionate about shaping the future of decentralized data, GraphOps is where you belong.
We're seeking for exceptional individuals who resonate with our culture and values.
At GraphOps we run a vertical integrated data stack. As an Infrastructure Engineer you’ll sit at the intersection of systems and web3, joining a small, high‑impact team that treats infrastructure as part of the product stack rather than a purely support asset.
Our stack currently includes Linux, Kubernetes, Ceph, an assortment of databases (Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse), an observability layer based on Prometheus/Grafana, and data-lake components (i.e. Apache Iceberg). The scope is wide, extends to over Networking, CI/CD Pipelines, and general engineering, and will expand as we continue to adopt innovative technologies.
Mastery of every item in our stack isn’t required. We welcome engineers across the experience spectrum (2 – 10+ years). However, a proven ability to learn quickly, reason from first principles and willingness to widen your scope of knowledge over time is expected.
Systems Design: Research solutions leveraging open-source software that fit our business and product needs. Own the stages from proof of concept to production grade systems, and operational maintenance.
Implement Reliable Processes: Take an active role in championing SRE best practices and processes. From best practices in systems design, to developing operation processes, or playing an active role in improving and developing the observability and alerting layer.
Automation and Operations: Take part in the operational churn for maintenance and lifecycle management of all our infrastructure systems, and seek to push for automation solutions where that churn can be reduced.
Engineering Team Support: Collaborate with and assist our engineering team in anything interfacing with infrastructure –from deployments to taking a part in bringing in input on the best standards and patterns at application level.
Customer and Ecosystem Support: Offer our customers, or external communities, an excellent standard of support having in mind all interactions are implicitly representative of our company.
